Chef Rambally - Chateau Mygo, Marigot bay

Chef Said Rambally is a proud third generation chef leading the culinary direction at Chateau Mygo Restaurant, the iconic waterfront establishment located in the heart of Marigot Bay, Saint Lucia. Continuing a family tradition of hospitality and cuisine, Chef Rambally is carrying forward the legacy while brining fresh creativity and global influences to one of the island's most beloved waterside restaurants.


A Saint Lucian native, Chef Rambally was raised between Santa Barbara,California and Guanacaste, Costa Rica, two coastal regions known for their strong ocean culture and vibrant food scenes. These diverse environments helped shape his culinary style, blending Caribbean flavors with the international inspiration and a deep respect for fresh, locally soruced seafood.


Chef Rambally's work has also received international attention. He has been featured on the Food Network alongside Paula Deen, and Chateau Mygo was highlighted on Bravo's Below Deck, Season 10 Episode 5, showcasing the restaurants's unique waterfront atmosphere and culinary reputation in Marigot Bay.


Beyond the kitchen, Chef Rambally embodies the ocean lifestyle that defines Marigot Bay. He is an avid sailor, diver, surfer, and musician, drawing inspiration  from the sea and coastal culture that surrounds him. These passions influence his cooking philosophy, fresh, authentic and rooted in the rhythms of island life.


Today as he leads the kitchen at Chateau Mygo, Chef Said Rambally continues to honor his family's legacy while pushing the restaurant forward, making it a hub of Caribbean cuisine, local culture and waterfront hospitality in Saint Lucia.
